Presentations at the JPS 79th Annual Meeting

At the 79th Annual Meeting of The Physical Society of Japan, held at Hokkaido University from September 16 to 19, 2024, the following students presented their research:

  • Rento Hirotsuru (M2) presented on “Optical response of nanowire superconducting microwave resonators for quantum interface.”
  • Kiyotaka Sato (M1) presented on “Optical evaluation of diamond photonic crystals with embedded ensemble NV centers.”
  • Daisuke Ito (M1) presented on “Optical connection between diamond NV centersfor long-distance quantum communication.”

Additionally, Professor Sekiguchi participated as a session chair. The students received numerous questions during their presentations, which strengthened their resolve to set new research goals and continue their efforts toward next year’s conference.
